Probably because there isn't much to transition to. Took away our ability to communicate with each other, took away our post count, took away our ability to post all but basic pictures, took away the view count, badges, likes, disagrees, LOLs, added the ANNOYING banner that takes up ⅓ of the screen on a cell phone and it now takes a forensic computer scientist to even locate the “community forums”.
What ever happened to the promised redirect that was supposed to transfer us to the new debacle site form the “member forums”?
Members of the forum are the most dedicated proponents of the gunbroker web site, I would guess that hundreds of buyers were steered to gunbroker by forum members and this is how they say thanks …………….. unbelievable

bullshot, believe me I understand your sentiment. I hate change at first, but sometimes the change can be for the better, but I don’t really see that here. Who ever bought this new forms program must have bought it at a used furniture store in the bargain section. I always enjoyed when someone would post an item number for GB and all you had to do is click on the auction number and view the item for sale, I guess those days are gone as well. And on a side note I had bid on some of them items in the past.

bullshot pretty well covered it. My inbox is constantly full with emails from GB regard Community post in spite of my 'Unfollow"
I am sure GB won't miss me on the Community side but maybe they will on the Auction Side. I won't be there any more.

I was finally able to log in - by using a browser with no popup/ad control. Using Brave, Vivaldi, or Firefox, I'd get the login screen, complete the user name, password, and cloudflare checkbox, but when I'd click LOGIN, nothing happened. Waited minutes. Nada.
I refuse to use a browser with no popup/ad controls, so this may be my one and only post on this dumpster of a website. I did this only to provide some (hopefully) useful data.

I got right in, but I absolutely hate this new forum set up. What in the world was somebody thinking??? I love you one and all, but I can't stand this new forum at all. The last forum was perfect, and we were all used to it. I just don't like the layout, but I'm not the owner or the one making decisions on it. Would someone please return the older version.

it's not on Joe or any of the staff that volunteered, we had no say in what this has become and what little access we had to the “new forums” before y'all showed it was a cliusterfunk and we said that it was not good, no PM, no way to see what's most resent, the list goes on and on, this site is not even close to what we had, but hey it is now run the same as the auction side and we all know that the support there was almost useless, took, takes forever to get any sort of response etc. and even though Joe has a title attached to his name, he and the rest of us that give our time now have no power to do anything. Sorry but that is the way it is, sorry I bought stock in Ammo Inc. thinking it might be a good investment, lost all of it basically and they don't care. I truly believe this was supposed to save them some money, but it was a waste, might as well just shut it down without paying Zendesk to take it over and ruin it.
