Vektor SP1 9mm

Does anybody know anything about these? Are they good, bad?

They look like decent guns but some feedback would be nice..

    The Vektor SP1 and SP2 are made in South Africa and are similar to the Beretta Model 92. Vektor has been a manufacturer of machine guns and other military weapons for many years. A friend of mine had married a girl from S. Africa and he brought some Vektor prototypes into my office in 1997. He had the SP1 (9mm), SP2 (.40 cal) and the CP1 (which looked like something out of "Star Trek" at the time) as well as their "Bullpup" model. He became the VP of Vektor USA & was successful in getting them approved by ATF and they began importing them. The CP1 was recalled worldwide at a very high cost to Vektor due to accidental firing problems but the SP1 has a very good reputation.

    I picked it up last week. I took it to the range and it shot great. What a nice piece of work. I am glad I bought it.
