Anyone used them? I am thinking of getting them for my XD45 this weekend.

Buddy has 'em on his 1911. I've shot it a few times, and, for me, they're good for rapid sight acquisition--especially against silhouettes; not so good for precision/bullseye shooting (they completely cover up the 10-ring at about 15 yards...).

Personally, I prefer 3-dots to the "dot the i" type sights, so I don't think I'd ever end up mounting them on any of my pistols.

forgot to mention that the XD45 is my every day carry gun.

+1, I'd rather make the first shot count instead of "Spray and Pray"
