Winston tar-drippin' cigs, where'd they go?

a few years ago, there was these cigarettes from Winston, they came in a black plastic box kinda oval shaped like one of those booze flasks you put in your pocket, they had a NASCAR logo on them, and they had tar so bad, literally, there was tar oozing down the paper before you even got to the butt.

and I got a hankerin' for some, but I can't find them anywhere. anbody know where to get those?

    They sure are.I havn't seen them since the '05 Daytona 500.I bought 3 cans.SMoked'em up .I still got the cans, somewhere.
    Now i just smoke the reg. Winston, soft-pack.Always have.ANd i don't hack in the mornings either.
    My wife smokes Newports, and i hear her choking and hackin every morning.

    FishKiller: It is just a matter of time, you to will get the Hack. I smoke Winston for 20 years or more, Quit over 7 years ago and still get a Hack once in a while.. Give em up while you are still young and have your lungs..

    Well, when Winston dropped it's sponsorship of NASCAR (You did notice there is no more Winston Cup, right?) some things changed. Those were promotional giveaways at the races.

    they made me hack. but they tasted good.

    bummer! (???I got them at the gas station... I guess, who knows where they got their stuff from)

    you should quit, just think how many guns you could buy, I lost my mom this last year, she smoked like a freight train. I never picked up the habit. I just could never stand the smell.

    365 days in a year - dad smokes ohh 2 packs a day, maybe 3...


    365 x $2.50 a pack x 2 = what, 1800 bucks or better?

    BTW, the smoke you mentioned was the Winston eVo, brought out in 2002. Don't know if they are still made.

    aha! googled a pic, it says those came in a "flask" plastic box. but, I had the NASCAR smokes, no telling if it's the same thing. now if I can lay my hands on some of those and see if it is. thanks!

    gee, somebody must have been praying I'd find the right smokes.

    I will quit when i am ready, and im sure you will to, no one can make me quit, i tried to quit but i didnt really want to quit, and it didnt work out. When i was in high school, i smoked winstons, then i was introduced to the evil Menthol Newport. Ive been smokeing now for 5 years. Any one have that best cigarette after a huge meal, or the very first one in the morning, theyre the best.
