    Also, how many people do we have locked up in our prison system, for simple posession? There needs to be a fine system set up. The fine system is almost like a tax. Herb, is no worse than beer. And its not about legalization, it will never be legal here, its about decriminalization.

    Alcohol is far worse than marijuana. But I don't think either of them should be regulated to the point in which they are.

    Actually the original (federal) prohibition was set up as a tax stamp program copied from the NFA, only the government would only make 1-2 "stamps" available in any given year....

    Yep Don,
    I remember somewhere, i saw the old stamp, just a little cannabis leaf, and a few words under it. I also read somewhere that they had it set up, that you had to have 10-15 pounds to get the stamp, but you couldnt have it, without the stamp. [:)]
