Wine rack....one of you should make this for me!!!
I saw this and thought.....I bet someone could make that SOOOOO easily!!!! But....nobody wants to see me with a torch of any kind (believe me.) It was $300....you guys can make this right????

Looks like nothing more than 1/4 or 3/8" and some 1/2" Cold Rolled stock.
Yes it would be easy to make. But the thing that would take the longest without the proper dimensions (measurements, width, length and height). It would take some trail and error to get it right.
It appears as if the large corkscrew pieces criss cross. Then again they appear to be held in place by the coils that hold the bottles. If I am looking at it correctly I would go more with the coils holding them in place.

Not trying to be negative, but if you put that in the kitchen, the heat will ruin the wine. Pretty cool, but not good for the wine.[:)]0 -

Paulie you are right. If you store wine up in the kitchen ceiling for more than a few weeks you will damage it.
That would be the worst place in the house for long term storage of wine.0 -
I thought you wanted to store wine in a dark cool place like in a cellar, I do relize that we all can't do this but the ceiling is a far away from that as a person can get. I guess if you were a drinker and rotated them frequently it wouldn't hurt but I wouldn't want to store anything expensive long term there. Looks nice though. 0 -
LF if you hung this in you house the parrot you got for Christmas would roost on it and the problems with the stuff on the top of your head would get worse.[:D][:D][:D]
