Need a little help here on getting Norton off

I know someone posted how to get norton clear off the computer and that's what I need.Since Attyahoo has put on it has ruined my computer with slow downs, sites not available and so on. Norton no more and thanks in advance since I'm out the door for a while[V][xx(][:(][:(!]
