We missed a 5 by .85% but have supplied the paperwork and the City will be dropping to a 5 within the next month or so.
The county wont get below an 8 because they have insufficient water supplies. They dont have a ladder truck and over 75% of their Firefighters come and leave within the 1 yr probation period so less than 25% even have Mod1 (basic FF class).
