Land and houses/apts are a premium in Toronto....and by toronto prices, that is cheap...0 -

Reminds me of the penthouse Bob villa built, IIRC, when the lady he sold it to tried to sell it, she found out it did not meet code and had to be removed...... 0 -
must be Canadian dollars... so it's only worth about $75,000 US... ok not too bad... i guess.
