Re: Why don't they make ..? What I'd like to see.

How about a "single action type western style revolver" that shoots double action and has a swing out cylinder for easy reloading? In 45 colt? or Ruger to bring out a Single-Six 32 magnum with adjustable sights, in brushed stainless just like the Blackhawks, and 22/22mag Single-Sixes, or Ruger offering a LOT more chamberings in their #1 Light Sporter, and Medium sporter. (Calibers like pistol rounds.)

New England firearms making a pistol version of thier handi rifle - a more reasonably priced "contender" type handgun, or even, Ruger's lever action in 45 Colt to compliment their Black Hawk in the same caliber.

... and the list goes on.

    I love the idea of NEF making a pistol version of their Handi! Those are some nice shooting little rifles for the money. I love the ones my son has.

    Several of my past wishes for certain guns have already happened.

    I wanted a Ruger side by side shotgun. They make it. Now I just wish it came in 20 gauge and that I could afford it.

    How about a Ruger Stainless/Synthetic bolt action in 357 max/357 mag/38 special. Would make a great plinking gun.

    my wish list...

    A Colt made, Colt marked M16A1 semi-auto only..with the foward assist and triangular handguards, the "AR15A1"

    An exact duplicate of the Stg44 Sturmgehwer, semi-auto only, but in 7.62x39 so all could afford to shoot it.

    and a US&S repro M1911A1...sinCe the real things are just friggin' outragous in $$$

    I'd like to see:

    Springfield Armory make a carbine to go with each of their XDs.

    Ruger make a lever action .357 to match the Blackhawk.

    Taurus just quit.

    I want Savage to reintroduce the Model 99 in .300 Savage, .250 Savage, .243 Winchester, .260 Remington, .308 Winchester, 7mm-08, and .358 Winchester.

    I want S&W to stay in the handgun business and let T/C worry about the rifles as well as letting them handle their customer relations the way they used to.

    (I just got a RAD idea ... MAYBE we should E-MAIL our wish lists to the manufacturers!
    How long would THAT take? Maybe a snail mail copy, as well? Ideas?)

    Another wish is for S&W to come out with the the old version of the K-32 (Model 16). I need to complete my set and can't afford to at todays prices.
