2012 Houston
The last time the Super Bowl game came to Houston "2004" I got to work the roof of the Hotel across the street. It was freezing rain and high winds, but pretty thrilling. Didn't get into the game, but a lot of the VIP's were staying at the Hotel, so we got to chat with them a little when we took breaks to go downstairs and warm up. we were suppose to have a room available for staging the set-up and what-naught but that fell through so we had to use the staircase leading up to the roof for equipment cases and stuff, "which I didn't think was too secure" but dry. luckily we had plenty of man power so the warm-up breaks were plentiful, what a blast.
WELL IT COULD HAPPEN AGAIN.
HOUSTON HAS OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCED IT WILL BID TO HOST THE 20-12 GAME.
CITY LEADERS SAY THE GAME FOUR YEARS AGO WAS SUCH A SUCCESS, THEY WANT TO DO IT AGAIN. AND IF DOESN'T HAPPEN, YOU CAN ALWAYS CATCH THE 20-11 SUPERBOWL IN DALLAS.
