  I hope they know that if I started up a company in the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariannas Islands to make American Flags.....by law they will say "Made in the U.S.A."
  
  
  Minimum wage is $3.55.
  
  They don't pay Federal Taxes either.
  
  Their law did nothing....They have Chinese there that do the sewing.
