lost shot gun

In "85" I had a shul dbl. 12 come up missing. It has an english stock and on the heel there is heavy engraving of acorns and leaves. In the middle of the little forearm is a silver shield with and old english scrole "C". This shot gun was engraved for me by a close friend in europe that I hunted with.If anyone has seen this please let me know. Iam sure I know who took it but it could't be proved and surely it has passed hands many times by now. Not mad,I would just like to have a chance to get it back to pass on to my grandson
