anyone have a link,or address for florida concealed permit...not sure about this one,going to hard rock casino tonight,can i carry in there? thanks!!

    Do not most states say If Alcohol is served you cannot carry. Also if the place has a web Site check it. Some places do not allow Concealed carry on their places. So you have to check that also.

    I don't know about other states but in WA any area controlled by the State Liquor board is off limits to carry. This means that you can not go into a "bar" where no one under 21 can get in. This does NOT mean I can't carry at a place with a bar area. Say you go out to a place for dinner like Outback Steak House you CAN carry, but you can not go into the "bar" area legally. Basically if a kid can be there so can your gun.

    There's some talk about the percentage of income an establishment makes on the selling serving of alcohol. I can't cite a reference, but I remember reading that over a certain percent of gross receipts from serving alcohol is in the statute making carry off-limits on the premesis. Can someone chime in with a link? Joe

    Drinking while packing will vary from state to state.

    AR is very strict and no alcohol at all is allowed while carrying and you can't carry into a bar.

    In UT it was like driving. At .08% you were in violation. Up until that point you are legal. That makes sense to me. If you can legally drive why not legally carry?
