R THE UN SOILDERS COMING FOR OUR GUNS
Talking at work today and was told a story to hard to believe. This guy didn't have much details but he said that the US had considered having the UN soilders come on US soil and go door to door and remove our guns from our homes. Said something about having not pass thru Congress just by a few votes. Anyone know anything about this. Is it bull or not?

The UN also sees the proliferation of small arms as a major cause of the troubles in the Third World. They actually believe that by taking firearms out of the homes, the supply will be less and conflicts like Somalia, Uganda, or Rwanda will be demisinshed. Basically, they would have nothing left but rocks, clubs, machete and arrows. Africans did quite well killing each other with those instruments for centuries.
Limiting supply is key. The biggest gun dealers in the world are the Governments of The United States of America, Great Britain, France, Russia and China. Yes, these are all permanent members of the UN's Security Council. Interesting and yet ironic. I have no doubt Russia nad China are in favor of this plan. Little personal freedoms there.
If all guns were able to be traced back to their source, and all bullets had a serial number, the UN would know who exactly is supplying these third world nations with the arms to commit genocide.
American citizens would only be a small casualty to their envisioned larger success.
Only a mutton head liberal would think this scheme could work.
Once the oppressors had firearms, the genocide would only be worse. In the Un's mind, it doesn't matter who is right or wrong, who has power, who has freedom. Peace is the real success for them.0 -
Seriously, I think the NRA lobbied the UN hard a couple of years ago when they made the last big push.
Te NRA also spent a lot of money lobbying Brazil when they had a national vote to surrender their handguns. The UN also lobbied hard. The propasal failed miserably. The UN was hocked it had lsot.0 -

20,000 troops out in the desert somewhere, they say the they do not have enough "open" air space in Deutschland practice for their air force.
On May 1, 1996, the Luftwaffe established the German Air Force Tactical Training Center (TTC)Hollaman AFB New Mexico in concert with the United States Air Force 20th Fighter Squadron, which provides aircrew training in the F-4F Phantom II. The TTC serves as the parent command for two German air crew training squadrons. The F-4 Training Squadron oversees all German F-4 student personnel affairs and provides German instructor pilots to cooperate in the contracted F-4 training program provided by the U.S. Air Force (20th Fighter Squadron). A second TTC unit, the Tornado Training Squadron, provides academic and tactical flying training, by German air force instructors, for German Tornado aircrews.
The first contingent of Tornado aircraft arrived at Holloman in March 1996. More than 300 German air force members are permanently assigned at Holloman to the TTC, the only unit of its kind in the United States. The German Air Force Flying Training Center activated on March 31[vague] with German Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Portz and U.S. Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Michael Ryan present. The Luftwaffe has since stationed up to 800 personnel at Holloman for training exercises, due to limited training space in Europe.
As a result, the Luftwaffe set up two tactical training centres: one, like those of many of the NATO forces, at the Canadian Forces Air Command base at Goose Bay; and the second in a unique partnership with the United States Air Force at Holloman Air Force Base in New Mexico. Both facilities provide access to large unpopulated areas, where tactical and combat training can take place without danger to large populations.0 -

There is already a precedent set and "Executive Orders" in place to have Martial Law and round up citizens. Depending on whom is in power, almost any excuse would do. With citizens in detention camps, their guns would quickly disapear. The government has several hundred FEMA detention camps in place to house the people in just such a scenario.
