Gun Insurance?????

If you have a good fireproof safe, Why not get insurance too? $200 per $100,000 worth of insurance. My insurace guy says that guns are 3rd on list of "insurable collectibles" the only thing ahead of them are jewery and furs. Get it, or dont get it?

  I was also thinking of getting a "rider" on my home insurance , but it was way more costly then 200/100,000
  is your quote a separate policy, or through a special group ? what about nra insurance? anyone got that? how is that cost ? comparable? also, do you have to list serial #'s and get a written professional appraisal? yeah, I have a lot of questions and have not gotten enough good answers yet.that's probably why I have not as yet gotten any insurance.   The Locton policy thru the NRA is far less than the rider I have on my State Farm homeowners, and for them you do NOT have to provide a list prior to a loss.
