Air Force survival rifle .410 ga. over 22cal. lon

Does anybody know of a firearm that was supposedly made for the Air Force and would eject with the piolet?
It was a .410 ga. shotgun over a 22 cal. longrifle

  Armalite also made the AR 7 for the USAF for a while...however it was strictly in 22. The Springfield Scout has been used for several years depending upon the aircraft platform.

  During the early 80's I worked as a machinest for a New Jersey based military supplier who was later indited for illeagally selling sophistigated navigational equiptment to Iran. Also known as the Iran contra trials.
  We made a bunch of these survival weapons but they werent made for the springfield armory and they dident call them M6's
