Sign of the Times? Boy Allowed to Play on School Softball Team

cordova_goffAZUSA - The Azusa High School girls softball team will include the state's first transgender student-athlete, district officials said Thursday.
A senior, Pat Cordova-Goff, 17, is a member of the school's cheer squad and played on the school's baseball team as a freshman.
"We feel really confident about her ability," Azusa Unified Superintendent Linda Kaminski said. "No. 1 as a district, we want to ensure access to everyone, but we're also committed to placing students on the team on their merits ... Based on her skills, Pat did make the team."
California Interscholastic Federation-Southern Section officials cited CIF guidelines for gender identity participation Wednesday and said that Cordova-Goff - who was born a boy but identifies as a girl - will be allowed to play on the girls team. The new rules took effect in September.
Editor's Note: -- Ok, a brief timeout here. It's crazy how these "news" stories are written. As if "gender identity" is something common and "normal" that we just all accept. HELLO! Pat was born a boy, and guess what? HE is STILL a boy! He can identify with being a dog, cat, or girl, but that doesn't change nature. He's still a boy, and the media and liberals can talk about "gender identity" all they want. In this case, we have a boy playing on the girls softball team.

An oldie but a goodie that should be liked here:
Jose and Carlos are panhandlers. They panhandle in different areas of town each day. Carlos panhandles just as long as Jose but only collects 2 to 3 dollars every day. Jose brings home a suitcase FULL of $10 bills every day, drives a Mercedes, lives in a mortgage free house and has a lot of money to spend. this goes on for months.
One day Carlos says to Jose, "I work just as long and hard as you do but how do you bring home a suitcase full of $10 bills every day?".
Jose says, "Look at your sign, what does it say?" Carlos sign reads, "I have no work, a wife and 6 kids to support. Please help me." Jose says, " No wonder you get just $2-3 dollars. It's your sign." Carlos says, "So what does your sign say?" Jose shows Carlos his sign. It reads, "I only need another $ 10.00 to move back to Mexico"0 -
