I leaned over to see alongside my computer desk. Bottle of Tyrconnell single malt Irish whiskey still in its box there. If I was in the mood, I'd take a drink. But, alas, I'm not. Joe 0 -
a couple of hundred years ago or even more, to drink the water in cities and most towns in europe espacially was deadly...open sewers went into the rivers...people drank wine as a safe alternative...but it also depends on individial immunity...water people drink every day in say ethiopia would kill us inside 24 hours...yet they survive...same for the water a lot of people around the world have to drink to stay alive...once they take their first drink of it they will either get over being sick, or they will survive and become immune to the toxins in it... 0
