    For those of you who haven't read this in the news, the cops are looking for the scumbag who allegedly raped Lance Cpl. Maria Frances Lauterbach and then killed her and her unborn child.

    The piece of filth who did it was a fellow Marine - Marine Cpl. Cesar Armando Laurean. Apparently he killed her a day or so before she was going to testify that she had been sexually assaulted by him.

    So he rapes her and then kills her.

    I've said it before and I'll say it again - don't think that just because a man wears the uniform that he's a paragon of virtue. There are animals in the service just the same as in the rest of life.

    While I am generally opposed to torture, I hope they catch this Cesar a**hole and blowtorch his useless a** to death.

    Now now, he needs counseling.

    He might have been talked to rudely and that gave cause for him to act out of character.

    I am sure if shown some love and compassion he can be a useful member of society and may not do it again but if he does it will only show we needed to be more supportive and must work harder to show love and tenderness.

    The other option, of course, you could send him to me and pray that God has mercy on his soul because I sure won't!

    Not to say he is not guilty. But from all the news reports and other people who are in the area reporting. Something just does not add up.

    But think what does not add up is the media way of wording their news.

    I say first off, lock him in a room with Bubba. Give Bubba a bottle of Jack Daniels, and a bottle of Viagra...this is gonna be Bubba's lucky night. Anything that is left in the morning, put in the fire pit. Just make sure all the Peter jenning's, and Dan Rather's of the world are there to televise it.

    Wait till all the facts are in. Something just doesn't add up here. Doubt he is innocent but something is missing. Wait until there is no doubt, then act. Until then, lets see what the investigation comes up with.

    In the Marine Corps, someone accused of rape isn't out there just walking around, free to get involved in more criminal acts.

    Have a little experience with the SBI (North Carolina State Burea if Investigation) and I can tell you those guys don't miss much. Now what happens when the liars, I mean lawyers get the information is anybody's guess but the SBI does a good job.

    In addition to the potential rape and murder charges, he's AWOL, and if he's gone longer than a set period of time, it's desertion, and last I knew desertion in time of war was punishable by death, no? I'd say that even if this guy is innocent, which I really don't believe he is in my gut, he's still in a world of hurt with the Corps.
