    had some really weird weather this week in east Texas. cool early and then got the southern end of that killer storm front, but didn't get the tornadoes......

    My house got beat up by golf ball size hail and much of the 10-20 sq miles around me did as well.

    Today was blue bird skies, 68 and tomorrow more of the same, bright sunshine and 70 degrees.

    Its -35 with the wind right now in Camp Douglas.When it reaches 35 above it'll feel like SUMMMER!! Have you ever seen those lizards in the desert that run across hot sand and when they stop they alternate holding their feet up? My dogs are doing that while they do their business. Poor things,funny as hell to watch though.

    Yesterday, right at 50. Today, 21, with wind chill factor down at zero. Tonight's supposed to get down to 3. Then maybe tomorrow and definitely Tuesday we're forecast for highs right at freezing and "wintry mix" for precip, meaning I'm probably going to be moving snow and salting walks come Wednesday morning, and will be told JUST as I'm wrapping up that school's been cancelled and I don't need to rush to get done [;)].
