Removing Rust Stain

My lady friend just got a second job doing house cleaning for an elderly couple. She tells me that they have a rust stain in the bathtub, but does not know what the best way to remove it is. She has a bottle of Lime-Away. Does that stuff work or is there something better to use?

  Lime away is junk....Get a bottle of The Works
  
  Available in the supermarket (I buy it at winn dixie) it gets rid of rust in seconds....doesnt hurt pipes or the finish in tubs etc..

  Like Roses. Forget Lime-A-Way.
  
  Find a good product that contains Oxalic or hydrofluoric acid.
  
  Rit (not the dye), Iron-Out, Miracle-Rid-Iron all work very good.

  If it's a porcelan tub try Easy-Off oven cleaner.

  Toilet bowl cleaner. Use rubber gloves and don't let it set into the tub.
