Subject: Please vote this gun issue question with USA Today. The results as of today for over 100,000 votes is about 97% of respondents say "yes". It is important that the numbers be so high that they cannot be ignored. Please take a minute to make your opinion heard.

It will only take a few seconds of your time. Then pass the link on to all the pro gun folks you know. Hopefully these results will be published later this month. This upcoming year will become critical for gun owners wi th the Supreme Court accepting the District of Columbia case against the right for individuals to bear arms.

    Perhaps the "2007" and the "november" in the link should give us a clue that this poll is out of date. Today's poll is about what needs to happen with the next president. I'm pretty sure that since USATODAY is a NEWS site, they might try to reNEW things occasionally. I'm just sayin'...[:p]

    The reason it doesn't work is because this is OBVIOUSLY a political topic. I mean, you have to VOTE. My guess is Saxon disabled the link and is preparing to move this one too.

    Apparently USA Today didn't like the results of the poll and they are going to bury it. It wa over 95% in favor of personal ownership of firearms.
