i know this has been brought up before but...i want to post some pics but every time i do it i get a small photo with the photobucket words trailing behind how the heck do i elimenate [sp] this and just post the pics in a bigger pic???????????????

    I have been trying to download some pics of my colt 45 for the past 6 hrs.+ (from both photo bucket and image shack) to the experts forum and it is not working. My truck is @40 yrs old and I got it new- I can work on it if needed because I know how it works- but these dang computers drive me nuts. This is the first forum/site that I have joined that I have had to use a hosting site to be able to post pics. And I know it's probably me but this is a pita imho. My truck has an ignition which starts it and I'm off, this thing has way too many buttons/ options for my liking. My better half keeps telling me I was born 150 yrs. to late. Kan't figure out why she says that? Can anyone tell me how to download pics from either of these "host sites" Thank You.

    While at the photobucket site just copy and paste the bottom url below your pic. It should show up just fine.

    I just click on direct link under the picture and little yellow box come up that says "COPIED". Then I click on the 4th icon from the right just above the word "Color" and click in between where it says img img and paste. Works everytime for me.

    You will see these four links below your picture on Photobucket,

    Email & IM
    Direct Link
    HTML Code
    IMG Code


    Click the Direct Link, click edit in your browser and select copy.
    Paste that link between the insert images tab in the GB thumbnails

    (img)X(/img)

    My pictures only work using this format for some reason.
