Where is the power steering fill.

Buddy of mine cant find it, and quite frankly i dont want to go over there and find it for him.

Anyone know?

    I be damn. I looked under the wifes hood. NO power steering pump I could find. V6. Pulled out the owners manual and no mention of it either.

    He said the SAME thing, he couldnt see one and when he looked in the book all it said was "electric power steering"

    Oh crap, did I find one to stump you guys?!

    Parts list NO pump but seals at around 5 bucks if it is leaking. Just drove her car today on a little trip.. got 36 MPG running 75MPH. Not bad for a V6

    Its just low...

    And yeah, they get some AWESOME mpg..
    better than the explorer they have too!

    It's electric. He'll have to add electrons if it's low.

    I think that car uses delphi electronic steering there should not be any fluid there is a electric motor mounted on the steering column The light going off might mean bad sensor or connection

    If it's the system that I'm thinking about it has a port to plug into computer to tell wich sensor is going bad.
    I've also have seen where the whole steering column had to be replaced

    I really do not think that it has steering fluid. Asked a buddy who is a mechanic and he said it was all electric.... then proceeded to tell how awful of an idea it was to go to an electric power steering system. Sorry.
