No video just a story. The kid got a ground rule double because.
1) he resisted
2) they caught the intruder.

Only problem with this story is that the bad guy will probably
only do 5 years.

Allen the video was just an interview with the boy and his family. They also played the tape of the 911 call. The boy was talking to the 911 operator while he was in the closet and the operator told him he needed to get out of the house. Then the boy grabbed a bat while he was in the closet and went after the bad guy. You could hear the struggle over the the phone. You can hear him wack the bad guy and hear the bad guy groan in pain and then there was some yelling and the call dropped. Then the police nabbed the bad guy running from the house. They said he had a long rap sheet.

No Guns in the HOUSE to use for such situations ???? must have been in comyfornia or the parents are just (anti-gun) idiots !!!!!!!!
Well , guess its time to start an ANTI-BALL BAT campaign , its really hard on those criminal types !!!
