Who is more fussier with their hair men or women

This I know is a male, that is more fussier about their hair....I know I am[8D]
and I have asked so many hair dressers and they all say MEN..

I have already walked out with out paying[:(!] because he/she did not do what I said

Now My dance partner is very particular about her hair[8D] but I have her beat

    In my case, my wife is way more concerned with her hair that i am with mine! I just wash it and comb and let it air dry. My wife spends about a 1/2 hour or more on hers, mine, about 5 minutes!
