IRS HORROR STORIES.ALSO DO WE HAVE TO PAY?
So old Snipes thinks he doesnt have to pay taxes because it states that in our whatever. Is that true? I dont think so but...Have any of you been harrassed by them. I hear they are real pics if you owe them something

...NO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY!!!!! Then again if you don't, be prepaired to be put thru a living hell, your choice.
...Yeah, the tax code is screwed up, unfair , blah blah...but until it is changed, one better bite the bullet and play along. It's best to learn that nothing in this life is "fair", get over it.
...Screw your best friend, screw your brother and family...but never ever screw the IRS; or the Gestapo WILL come after you even if they know they are wrong, I know this for a fact, I didn't do it...but know several people who did. I had a friend that worked for them for 20 years, the stories she told would scare the B-Jesus even out of honest tax payers!
...Yet on the other hand, IF they are in the wrong (a LOT!!!!) and you can prove it...after HAVING to pay the WRONG amount they say you owe; they will refund your money with a very tidy interest for the time they kept it, I know this too...they lost a VERY large witholding tax deposit I made before I sold my company. Of course I had to make the VERY large payment again while they "researched" what happened to the first payment I deposited!
...That fiasco made me think, what about the small business man that wouldn't have had the sum of money on hand to have made the payment I had to make until they finally found out where my first payment went...the IRS had credited my first payment to another Corp!!! It took them almost a year to find their mistake...[:0]

I'm not going into all the details and I can't lose sleep over it. The bottom line is, you've got a lot of people in this country relying on the government to survive. No, there is no official law on the books. The 16th ammendment was never officially ratified by the supreme court. Some people have had juries find them not guilty and get out of it but prepare to go through hell and realize it takes a lot of luck and thinking minds. No local judge will side with you.
Yes, we have a tax for everything but until you get everybody off social security, illegals, welfare, medicare, medicade, food stamps, free lunches and God knows whatever else, just plan on paying them and hope they don't decide you need to pay more.
In the mean time, also hope they don't make a mistake and come and kick down your door while you're in the shower and hold your family at gun point while they ransack your house.
Government has turned into a money devouring whale our forefathers and officials in the early 20th century could never dream of. Government programs and the interest on the mounting national debt costs more than we could ever imagine. The money has to come from somewhere.
The small number of unknown, rich, elite bankers need to be paid. They will be sure the new puppets will continue to rob the American people to a point they deem sufficient.
We will pay whatever's necessary to be left alone.0
