You guys know those long 5.5 inch flashhiders, are they rifled on the inside?

  Yes. They are rifled near the top so they fit over the barrel and give the illusion of a short barrel.

  I have one on my M-4 RRA. It makes it too heavy.
  If you want one, give me the oppurtunity to find a replacement for mine and I'll give it to you.
