well i got here two days ago,..the drive from central texas to this part of pa was a nice one,..gas wasnt too bad at the truck stops,..

but one thing i gotta ask all the pa guys on here,......

is there a shooting range near the potsville, frackville, pine grove area? maybe a good gunstore to check out?

ohh almost forgot,.... the weather is soooo much nicer here,..i actually cant wait to get out of the house and do stuff,..unlike ft.hood where me and girlfriend would fight over whos turn it was to get the mail.

    Well after many days of gunbroker withdrawalls and many hours spent driving a U-haul cross country, I finally made it to Pensacola. Now I just have to unpack, set up the new place, and then I'll be headed up to Wa. D.C. to visit my older brother. So what'd I miss?

    THE DRIVE SUCKED IT WAS REALLY LONG!

    It was 1565 miles total one way, man what a drive... I have three words for Nebraska, HOLD YOUR BREATH! the whole state smells like foul urine I guess it is all the cattle. Another thing about nebraska that really pissed me off, is the gas stations practice false advertising thier signs will say 2.99 a gallon regular unleaded and the station across the street will say 3.15 a gallon, which station do you go to? Ye I went to the cheaper one too only to find out that their regular unleaded is really 3.34 a gallon, if you want 2.99 a gallon you have to get E10 gas... this is false advertising and I have not seen this practice in any other state, SHAME ON YOU NEBRASKA!

    For one, Butch Cassidy got his name (Butch) there. My buddy's dad used to own a bar (on "K" street) that used to be a butcher shop back in the 1800's. It was called Geo's (might still be there).

    The actual 'Hole in the Wall is by Kaycee, Wy which is a long way from Rock Springs. With the Union Pacific mainline and Interstate 80 they definitely have drug and violence problems. There is also supposedly 'Mob' activity there. Other than that though it does have a lot of open BLM space.

    On my ride over here to the west side of the US, I was naturally bored so I was looking for some good local talk shows to no avail, I did find the laura ingrahm? show. I was listening to this pompous bitch and her ignorant callers all claim to be conservative, what a joke! anyways the topic was the recent SC debate, people were calling in and talking about all the candidates except ron paul, one caller mentioned him, he said all the candidates done really great especially huckabee then he referenced dr paul, "every one done great, except that wacko ron paul" Well this pissed me off so I kept listening for their # to call in and finally they gave me the #, 18008764321. I called waited on hold for about two mins listening to this rambling tramp then finally the guy comes on and asks me what I would like to speak to laura about, and I told i said " I was just wondering why laura has mentioned ron paul, and what makes dr paul a wacko for following the constitution? the guy hung up on me!!

    there is an active conspiracy by the necon right to completely eliminate coverage of ron paul!

    If they truly that the guy is a wacko the would cover him just for laughs and kicks, they no he is not a wacko and they are scared chitless!! Fox has edited their debates so that when they reair them the cut up ron pauls anwsers. I believe this is illegal and I wish the dr would sue the pants off of faux news.

    Anyways I figured I'd share that tidbit with ya, I inquired about what makes ron paul so wacko for keeping his promise to the people and to the constitution and they hung up on me, so i would like to say at least here, SCREW YOU LAURA INGRAHM!!!


    I will be here in rock springs for roughly 16 weeks, I think it is 13" pipe in the industry it is called bast ard pipe because of the odd size.

    I miss my little baby sooo much! when i had to leave the house to head this way i was teary eyed :( It still makes my eyes watery when i think about him.

    16 weeks really doesn't give you enough time to see the country down there. If you get a long weekend you should go South of Rawlins and on into the Sierra Madres and continue over to the Battle Lake area. There are a lot of old mines around that country if that interests you. Also a tour of the Red Desert that hasn't gone through the methane gas drilling is worthwhile. If you are lucky you will run into the so-called wild horse herds there. You have to ignore the branded horses that were turned in with them and kind of turn away when the inbred horses are visible. If you fish then Flaming Gorge is not real far South of there. There is also a LOT of open country where you can shoot to your hearts content. You shouldn't get to bored there if you can deal with the wind.
