Been feeling alittle under the weather the last few days someone told me to make a Hot Toddy. What is a Hot Toddy

    Drop a Lipton tea bag in two cups of boiling water. Add two tablespoons of rock candy and a shot glass of corn liquer. My mom used to give it to me when I was little. If I complained of a stomach ache, she'd make me walk to the Dr. in town and get worm medicine.

    best hot toddy Lg. insulated mug half full of hot tea,2 tbl spoons of honey squirt of lemon, finish with a fill of you favorite liquer. mine was Jack Daniels. I haven't had a drink in 10yrs and I'm sitting here licken my lips, and can smell it too. UUUMMMM.

    Apple Cider, Apple Brandy and a Cinamon stick.

    In a saucepan...equal amounts of burbon, lemon juice, and honey. Heat to boil while stirring constantly. Let cool to drinking temperature. Enjoy just before bedtime and don't worry about waking up until morning. Done it several times and never failed yet. [:D][:D][:D]

    Never tried it with tea, but I'll have to the next time around. We've always boiled about a cup of water, and dumped it into two shots of Jim Beam or Jack Daniels, according to preference, with a liberal dose of honey and lemon juice.

    I never liked them when I was a kid. It was like taking medicine. Now I have one now and then even when I'm not sick. They're really good when you're cold and worn slick.
