I fell off the wagon ...

I've was very good ... all 2007 and only only made 2 purchases
(but I did a couple of trades that resulted in a zero net gain in firearms)

In December, I gave myself a little reward with another 556 ... I deserved it because I'd been good all year!
... but then in January I was bad!

    I'll take the laser sighted long slide and a plasma rifle in the 5 megawatt range. Very nice enjoy them while you can. I hear that wheel guns are in season during short months.

    Every time I tell a customer that they can only buy one handgun every month I also tell them it is now their responsability to buy at lest one handgun every month

    I can sell my intire stock of long guns to a single customer, but they are limited to a single handgun every 30 days. If a customer buys more than one handgun at a single time (such as a two gun set) they must:
    1) fill out a 4473 and Dros for the first handgun, wait 11 days for pick up.
    2) I will hold the 2nd handgun for 30 days
    3) at the end of the 30 days they must fill out a another 4473 and Dros, wait 11 days for pick up

    I have had the Dros kick back at 29 days due to a customer who forgot when they bought their last handgun, does not matter they have to go through all the paperwork again and pay the money again.

    BTW: For those of you who do not know what the Dros system is, it is the same as NICS, just run by the California State Department of inJustice.
