Scope mount question

Anybody know of a place that sells the "bridgemount" seperate? I want one, but I really would rather put a slightly higher fixed or variable power scope on my Mosquito, not the red dot that it comes with. Here is what I am talking about---

  I just got a remington ar r-15 and wanted to see what yall think would be a good mount to install on it. Im putting a nikon coyote special 4.5-14x40SF on it.
