Who makes S&W AR-15's?

I heard someone here name the company who made S&W's AR's. I was thinking that someone said Stag Arms? But dont they only make models for left handed shooters?

  Stag makes left and right handed versions.
  I once heard Stag had been making AR parts for quite a while.
  
  Never did hear who was making S&W.

  Some of them were assembled by Sun Devil Mfg here in Mesa, AZ. But they were cut off for some unknown (to me) reason.
