Anyone work on Ready Heaters?

I haven't had to use mine in quite sometime but I had to get mine out to put in my new house to help dry the sheetrock mud. It ignites but then goes out rather quickly. I took it apart and the ignitor thing is glowing red but it wont ignite the fuel unless I turn it on its side so the fuel sprays on it directly. Tried adjusting the spray pattern with the screw on the back but that didn't help either. It is getting fuel but just not igniting it. Any suggestions?

  Thanks for the link. They said that air pressure adjustment is critical. If off even .5 lbs. it will cause problems. I need to put a guage in it. Thanks again, Mike.

  I fixed one of them. Works great now. Ordered parts for my other on on fleabay. I feel like an expert on fixing them now. Anyone got a broken one for sale cheap?
