    WOW!! and....its a Glock.[^] too bad it will never be legal, Barrel has to be at least 16" for a full stock.

    Short BBL rifles (SBR) are Made, Sold, and Bought every day legally. They are NFA items and you just have to follow the NFA rules.

    The BBL only has to be 16" IF you want it to be a legal RIFLE.

    Not if you fill out a Form 1 and pay the tax stamp, PRIOR to adding the stock. Then it would become a LEGAL SBR. This happens everyday.

    This is actually the more common way to make a SBR as it is cheeper and easier in most cases to add a stock then to cut down the BBL.

    That one is a question I can not answer. I think it would depend on state laws. I believe some states have Concealed Pistol licenses which I believe are only good for pistols. Other states have Concealed Weapon licenses which I believe MAY mean that you could.

    I have no facts to back any of this part up, just my thoughts.

    i don't think it would be legal as a ccw, the guys i know that own nfa weapons have to apply for a permit each time they want to move them, even to the range, but this is suppressors, and full auto,and aow's, not sure about sbr

    You have to fill out a Form 5320 (I believe) to move NFA items out of state ONLY. As long as you stay in state you can move them all you want with no extra paperwork. They only item this does not apply to is Suppressor for some reason. You can move Suppressors without the 5320.

    What?? Only if the range is out of state. Yes, My SMG Mac 10 is legal to carry as a concealed weapon. It is a machine pistol
