  WTH is an illegal U turn in Fl??????????
  (only thing I could think of is making it in front of an emergency vehicle with the lights on)
  
  They even design the center median strips to require U turns!
  Locally to get to the driver's license testing center from the southbound lane you have to bypass it for about 1/4 mile make a U turn and come back on the northbound side. I see a westbound city police car making a U turn at a 6 lane intersection to go back east against the "right turn on red" folks!(headed north,also turning east) at the city limits line almost every morning. And none of em check their peripherys! A pedestrian trying to cross had better be agile! Or patient!
