Walmart gas?

anyone use it? My cousin said they got it now and I hear its alot cheaper than gas stations...

the good?

    It is cheaper by a few cents per gallon than most gas stations but only if you use a walmart gift card as payment. If you do not have a giftcard to use as payment then the price per gallon is like any other gas stations. Notice on the sign they will show the "giftcard" price to lure people in.

    No, I don't follow men's tennis.

    Besides, I'm having my back waxed, and that takes the larger part of a day.

    Walmart gas around here is produced by Murphy Oil. Good quality gas.

    I've never seen a gas pump at a Wal-Mart. The Sam's Club near here has one but you have to be one of those idiots that pay to shop there.

    We have had a walmart gas station that sells gas and diesel for about 4 years and the price with out one of their cards is still cheaper than the other local stations in general. When I need diesel and I am going by, I will fill up and save some money. It burns and gets me there, that is all I can say about walmart. Nobody has ever had any problems with their gas or diesel that I have heard of.

    Well around here ALL the gas comes from the same place. BP, mobil, murphy, shell whatever its all brought from one bulk plant. They do add different additives all I know is if I use wal mart ( murphy oil) gas it runs better and I get 2 or 3 MPG more in my 91 ford pick up than the big guys BP, Mobil, marathon ect. But it is 89 octane as compaired to 87 but its the same price.

    I use it. Have the wife put $50 on my card when she goes in. That usually gets me through about a week and a half, and saves me 3 whole cents off the per-gallon price. Never had a problem with it.

    On theeastern seaboard it is Sunoco. No prob with it, but usualy not worth the PITA to buy the "giftcard" to save a few cents. I support the local gas stations

    No Gas at Walmart up here.

    Costco sells it if you want to wait in line for 15 minutes.
    I pay a few pennies more and buy it at 76

    A few years ago there was a walmart that sold gas about 20 min from me. They were always on the local news for having water in the gas, needless to say they no longer sell gas there. I usually go to the Sheetz or Marathon stations, I have had very good luck with their fuels, and they are usually the cheapest around.

    That is about all I use. I use my Walmart Discovery card. I get a 3 cent a gallon rebate plus 1% back on the card.

    I have been in a Walmart two times in the past three years and that was two times to many. [:(]
