Can i contact a seller who,s auction is current.And no bids and ask them if they can take an offer or trade.Also can i contact someone who,s auction has ended and no bids and ask them to relist it to buy now again.Thanks///

  Just click the "Ask seller a question" link on the auction. The active auction will go through but the closed one may not. If not, see if the seller has any other open auctions and contact him through that one.
