I've been a member of this board since 3-13-2003, and even though I don't add much to the discussion, I check the forums at least a couple of times a day (I'm old and don't have many outside interests other than work.)
I also routinely check the auctions, particularly Safari Arms, Olympic Arms, Marlin, and anything else that catches my interest at the moment.
I have bought 3 new guns in the past 2 years, one from a major distributor sold through a local dealer, one from the factory and this one, also from an outside source.
I would like to find what I want and buy it on the GB site, but have been unable to locate what I want at a price I'm willing to pay, and from someone who's integrity (this is not a slam at anyone, but comes from reading the comments expressed here) is established to my satisfaction.
Call me a whiner if you want, but money talks.
I did have it shipped to a GB seller, who was recommended to me by my son, and I would also recommend him. That was Andy at EastCountyGuns.com. He was businesslike, and did not waste my time or his. He was also pleasant and customer-service oriented.
By the way, Andy said he could sell 6 of these if he could get them
