    It really depends on the fine details. If the bad guy has the drop on you, his gun pointed at you, there is little that one can do other than to comply and wait for an opportunity to defend yourself. The idea is to be alert and aware enough that this situation won't happen. Not always possible of course.

    As I holster my 38 Spcl. getting ready to run up to the store.

    i`ve seen and read a lot of similar things on the gb forums...and i am amazed that where it is legal to carry concealed or open more peoplei`d rather die fighting for my life than go out with a wimper! dont!!i would not hesitate to carry if it was legal here!! the numbers dont lie, where it is legal to carry concealed the crime drops...and after seeing this video it is apparent to me that you dont have anything to loose by carrying a gun..even if you are`nt you are going to get shot anyway.
