Update on high electric bill...

Well we got this months bill and guess what, only used 470 kwh and bill was $70.12 (the is our cheapest electric bill ever)! Last month, if you remember, it was 2690 kwh and $360.

So I really am convinced that they were estimating the bill all year and making an actual reading even though all the bills said actual reading.

Case close I guess.
