    Glad it worked for you.
I have a scar that must be very similar, although smaller (about 2 1/2"), and didn't get the great results you did.

Its kind of nice to have a scar that wasn't self inflicted.

I can't help but ask how many scars do you have that are self inflicted?[B)]

Wow. I made that sound like I'm a cutter.[:0] Not the case. Split my head open twice, nasty cut on my chin from a crash, nasty slice on the back of a finger from drywall, a couple folding knife injuries (I'm a slow learner), and a bite on the face from a dog. I guess that last one isn't self inflicted.

Bad news is I'm out of shape.

You have plenty of time to get into shape for the next hunting season. [:p]

Ouch, appears to be right above the funny bone. Glad to hear the recovery is going well.

Yeah- I hear that, about being out of shape. I used to run 4 or 5 days a week. Not flat out, just a brisk jog, for about 45 minutes a time. I got out of it over the summer as the gym I went to was closed (remodeling) and I can't stand running on pavement- hurts my legs. So I just got off my rear and started again.

Wow. 20 minutes at 3.6 miles per hour- a fast walk, and I was gasping and pretty tired too.

I'm working at getting speed up, then time. I'm up to averaging 4.1 miles per hour- I want to get back to about 5.5-6, then start pushing for longer times. I figure it will take me a good month or two to get all the way back. Ah well.

Put the recently repaired elbow through a full speed workout tonight. Good news is nothing came apart. Bad news is I'm out of shape. So far I'm very impressed with the surgery. I've got better range of motion than pre-op. No impingement in the elbow. An added bonus is that the 4-inch scar looks cool.

"Home Rolled" scars tend to have a little more character since the "Taylor Made" ones are are pretty [:D]

I'm glad your surgery went well and I'm glad you feel 100% again.

I'd say I'm about 95% right now. It is still very tender if I bump the tip of the elbow. I'm also very sore this morning.
