How did you all meet your "other half"? I met my husband on a call LOL [:D]

I let a crazy lady move in with me and my grandmother becasue she was homeless. Long story short she went nuts and started slamming head in to a wall. I shoved her off me and called the police he was the one that came. He came back after work that night and never left. I think he stayed for the doughnuts LOL[}:)][:)][}:)] Six years later and we have only spent 2 nights apart.

    I worked as a Paramedic for 13 years and that never happened to me.

    What did you say to the policeman, "You are a good looking guy. After you lock up my roommate, why don't you come back for a martini?"

    We met on a blind date, it was Dec 19, 1991, we wen't to the Tenderloin for dinner, saw the movie Hook, and walked around a neighborhood that does cristmas lights. I left a couple of months later to go into the army. But we waited for each other while I was gone. We were married on Sept 17, 1994. We have had some good time and we have had some bad times, but through it all we have always been together.

    At a bar. We both worked part time a the Saddle Rack in San Jose, CA.
    She was the shot girl, I worked security, I got off work early one night and stayed to talk with her. Went home with her and never left.

    Met my wife when I went to her house to pick up my girlfriend who was visiting her for birthday. A week later, my girlfriend was leaving town with her family for summer vacation and asked her best friend to babysit me to keep me from wandering........WE lived happily ever after.......

    March 21st, we married 37 years ago and still friends with that old girlfriend who introduced us accidentally.

    I worked as a manager at a gas station and I was messing with her because she didn't have ID. She got mad she said, but it made her keep a eye on me. Finally her friend got her to get the guts to come in and talk with me. Dated for about a year then got hitched. We are working on 8 years of happy marriage.

    I didn't have to say anything. I lived in that house for about 2 years never once saw a cop car go by that day after the call I saw him drive by about a dozen times. He stop back by to see if everything was ok.....he then asked if I wanted to get coffee when he got off I told him no but he could come over and have some.......coffee.............lets just say he didn't leave that night and the next night and so on six years later her we are LOL like I said I think he just liked the coffee[}:)]
