Gun show find

Bought a 95%+ Iver Johnson "Trailsman" last week. Had the original box, papers, hang tags and was made in Jacksonville, Ark. Looks and feels a lot like my Colt Woodsman. Do I need to put it away or just take it out and use it?

  Just curious since I just sold a Smith just like that one, would you mind telling me what you paid or at least ball park?? It's a nice gun, just had to sell mine to get the one I want to carry.

  ...Very nice! I found the same mod about 6 months ago at a garage sale. If I stop, I always ask the people if they have any guns they want to sell..and the guy went inside and pulled that same one out!..but probably got robbed at $200...Im a Colt guy, not a S & W guy...[^]

  I paid too much, but I haven't seen one as nice as this in awhile. I paid $650 with tax. Only problem, it is unfired. Imagine that, made in 1976 and no one used it. I don't have anything that is unfired, but I wonder how much that would affect the value. Still, it was made to be used.
