I want an Alpacca or something cool like that!

I don't know why....but I keep thinking about getting some odd thing like an Alpacca or something like that. They are a LOT more expensive than I want to pay....but maybe there is a trade someone would do for one?

    American Bison. That would be really cool, plus the meat is excellent, the hides and skulls are valuable, and they are just plain neat to look at.

    Our Vet has a Llama among a few other animals. It seems to get along with everybody including his kids.

    I hope you arent like a person I know....The person wanted a minature horse, got one and now that horse is ignored...not properly cared for, not used in any way, and not even enough pasture if you call a sand pit pasture...

    Wanted goats, got them, wont even milk them but buys the stupid stuff at 3.75 a can...they too are ignored.

    Wanted an australian herding dog, got it, given away with in the year.

    I could go on, but suffice to say, whatever the person wanted, they got, only to be ignored or gotten rid of after they found out what it took to take care of them..

    We had horses at my parent's house and I would have them here but my kids aren't into them as much as they think they are. I can just see myself saying...."I won't be here this coming Thursday guys....its Alpacca shaving day back at the homestead." I have 10 acres that aren't being used for anything....so I could rotate a couple fields to keep the grazing nice. The barn has a stall, but it needs to be cleaned up a bit before we count that as usable.

    I just don't know what I have to offer anyone that has an Alpacca...I think the person with the critter has first say so on what kind of deal we would be looking at. Nononsense...I'm really NOT trying to break any rules. I doubt anyone shows up with an Alpacca that I could do a trade on. These things are just so COOL I would like to though!!!!
