I have smoked salmon![:D]
It turned out pretty damn good![:p][:p][:p][:p][:p]
Expecially since it was my first time smokeing fish.
Now I just threw on the pork butt! It should be done by morning!

When I moved to SC I weighed 155lbs. I am now right at 200lbs.

My smokers gauge does not give me an actual temp. It only shows low, ideal, and high. I kept it at the line seperating the low and the ideal marks. It was definatly a pretty low temp.0
