  Some of the companies have by passed the "shortcuts" and you must listen to the whole thing and make your selections...
  
  Extremely annoying is when you FINALLY get thru all the phone garbage, they still just connect you to the "operator" or customer service and you still have to wait to get the person you originally wanted...
