  That's an interesting idea, but the potential for this product to be bunkum is huge. I have at least five questions I'd ask before signing on:
  
  1) Is the address they give a REAL OFFICE ADDRESS, or is it one of those "virtual offices."
  
  2) Can you get contact information from any of the people providing their 'testimonials' (or will they at least ask those people to contact you)?
  
  3) Can they offer any testimonials from customers who actually have needed their services? Their website looks all well and good, but there's no indication that they've ever had a client involved in a shooting.
  
  4) Do the folks who they claim are partners claim to know about them and do they actually recommend them?
  
  5) Does the Better Business Bureau know anything about these guys?

  Actually not insurance, but a pre-paid legal services plan. Insurance is regulated by State Insurance Comission. Limited services, limited states.
