"machine gun"/fully automatic question
I tried looking on wikipedia for the answer, but maybe I'm using the wrong key words. Can anyone point me in the direction or explain to me the laws and/or requirements for purchasing or owning fully automatic weapons?
I thought there was something called a Class III license that one is required to have, but I must be incorrect, b/c my searches come up dry. Just looking for some general education, please.

Get your wallet out! It is no easy or cheap thing to do.
